S.M.A.R.T. runs on an all-in-one touchscreen PC with a direct connection to the iX system. S.M.A.R.T. takes full control of the mailing system, providing operators with an enhanced user interface. S.M.A.R.T. also includes a multi-carrier shipping application with a consolidated tracking and a host of advanced features for mailroom shipping environments. In addition, S.M.A.R.T. incorporates chargeback accounting and reporting capabilities that will satisfy the most demanding customer requirements.
